AZCONN is a wiring harness manufacturing company and also a  distributor of high-quality electrical wiring products.  We serve the following industries:

We design, develop and manufacture our own line of Connector Replacement Kits for GM vehicles as well as perform contract manufacturing for other companies.  Our Connector Replacement kits are more commonly referred to as "pigtails".  We have 150 part numbers covering from 1966 to 2008 model years.  The kits are stocked in Chevy Dealerships throughout the West and are available online through our affilitate buywiring.com.

History
We have been in business for 20 years and have evolved from a very small company serving a handfull of Chevy Dealerships to a small business serving several industries and providing professional, quality, products to the Do-it-yourself mechanic all the way up to complex harness for the Military.

AZ-CONN was originally started by a GM field service engineer who saw a need for repair pigtails at the local dealerships.  Instead of replacing an entire engine or body harness he thought it would be more economical and certainly faster to simply make a quality repair pigtail (what we now call our Connector Replacement Kits) that could be spliced into the original harness and get the customer back on the road without a large repair bill and much quicker.  The product line evolved from a handful of pigtails to 10, then 20 and so on.  The company changed hands shortly into it's existance and was run on a small scale by a GM Service Manager for about 5 more years.  About 10 years ago the company was purchased by a young ambitious entrepeniur who took it to new levels and is still the CEO today.

We now manufacture and sell about 150 different Connector Replacement Kits (pigtails). Within those 150 part numbers are several unique repair kits that are not available from any other company.  All of our Connector Kits are a great solution to any wiring problem and are the preferred method of repair for most shops and Chevy Dealerships.

In addition to our Connector Kit line we also design, test, and develop complete wiring harnesses and smaller sub-harnesses for the Military and Marine Industry.  We can work with you to develop a prototype harness and take this all the way though to large or small volume production.  We have a 100% On-Time delivery history with our Military Contractors and have not had a failure of one or our harnesses.
